Hi Brian,
My name is Michael Loew. My wife Terry and I were referred to your office by a friend who told me to try one of your realtors, Sam Williams. We were in the market for a vacation home in Marathon, Fl., as this has been our dream for years. From day one, Sam has made us feel comfortable in choosing your office and in choosing him. Sam has gone way above and beyond our expectations in what we think a great realtor should be. Sam found some homes that were in our price range, and we made the decision to buy. The sale was a bit unconventional as it was a bank owned property. Sam kept us up to date with every aspect of the sale. He was very professional and he always answered his phone, and more importantly he would call us or email us on a daily basis almost anticipating our next questions. He worked with our real estate attorney and personally delivered some of our documents. Living in Wisconsin was tough to do our homework on the home as it was 52 years old. Sam provided me with very competent and professional contacts such as inspectors and tradesmen. He even met them at the property to give them access. If your other staff is anything like Sam, you should be commended for your hiring skills. I will probably rent my home on occasion and your office will be the first to manage it. I closed on our home today and Sam called again to congratulate us. What a great experience. Sam truly was there for us every step of the way.
